Terms of use

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Circuito, the client app operated by Circuito.

The service

Circuito lets you follow the work being done for your company, reply, file new requests and receive notifications.

Only people who have been given access on behalf of your company may use it. There is no public sign-up, and a login is personal: do not share it.

Keeping your account safe

  • Keep your password, recovery codes and the devices holding your passkeys secret.
  • Use a second factor (an authenticator app or a passkey); your company may require one.
  • If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell the team straight away.

Acceptable use

When using Circuito, you agree not to:

  • upload malware or files you are not allowed to share;
  • post unlawful, offensive or infringing content;
  • try to access data or accounts that are not yours, probe, scan or overload Circuito, or get around its security;
  • exceed the upload limits: at most 10 files and 25 MB per message.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You allow Circuito to store, display and process it as needed to provide the service and do the work you ask for.

What you post becomes part of your company's work history and is visible to the team and to colleagues who follow the same project. See the privacy policy for how long it is kept.

Availability

We aim to keep Circuito available and working, but it is provided on a best-effort basis. It may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Suspension and termination

Circuito or your company lead may deactivate your access at any time, for example when you leave your company, when your company's agreement ends, or if these terms are broken.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Circuito is not liable for indirect loss, for loss caused by misuse of your account, or for events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where the agreement between your company and Circuito says something different, that agreement prevails.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Circuito after a change, the new terms apply.
